We're getting around to putting some pictures up of our new little guy. More to come after we're home and settled in a little (we're headed home from the hospital tomorrow after a week and are very excited!).

I'm so happy for you guys! It may not have worked out the way you planned it, but you ended up with a happy and healthy mommy and baby and that's what counts. Congratulations!
Congratulations! I'm so thrilled for you and Will. I was wondering the other day when Liam was coming :)
I am happy to hear that things turned out so well. Liam is definitely a keeper. Ask Will if he got a good look at your uterus when they pulled it out of your abdomen to stitch it up? That procedure really caught me off gaurd when my last one was born.
oh YAY! He's adorable. And what a crazy story leading up to it all. I'm glad it all went well and that he's so healthy and strong.
We're super happy for youguys!! :)
And congrats to Will on graduation too. Awesome.
So glad everything ended up going okay. He is adorable! and look at those beautiful lips. Hopefully you will have some help so you can get some sleep, but plan on being exhausted for....well I guess it never ends!
I LOVE that his name is William and you are calling him Liam. So perfect. He is beautiful, congratulations.
He is a very handsome baby, so sweet. We have been very anxious for all the pics and are so excited to finally see him. We are glad you are finally able to leave the hospital, it will be so nice for you to get settled at home.

He is so cute. I'm excited to read the next few posts. 3 weeks early... that sounds great. I would love to have a baby next week.... wishful thinking. Well enjoy your cute little guy, they grow so fast.
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS!!! Early babies are always a surprise. I think he look slike Will already! :) I'm so happy for you guys. Congrats again!
I am more than overjoyed that all is ok, despite the complications you faced in delivery. And with the reading I have been doing about pregnancy and childbirth, I can only imagine your experiences... Way to be strong, educated, and make the best decision for all involved.
Congratulations on the expansion of your family, and the birth of a healthy little boy. And thanks for sharing your story!
lots of love to all 3.
WOW! So wonderful. Baby Liam is a doll! Way to go fighting for your natural birth Sara. That sounds like a rough few days. I'm so glad it turned out with a healthy mom and baby. Hope you are doing ok and recovering well. I'm sure your body is kind of ticked right now from all it has been through, so give yourself plenty of time to heal physically and emotionally. Sorry this is my first congrats. I've been on the narcotics, too :) One journey ends. . . another begins. Happy Mommyhood!
Glad you got him out safe and sound. He will love hearing all the details of his hectic birth story someday!
Congratulations, Sara! He is super cute! Way to go!
